Aadil Berwari: ensuring justice of budget distributing, depends on conducting census in provinces and approval of oil and gas law.

Baghdad / NINA/– Aadil Berwari ,PM , Maliki adviser for Kurdistan affairs said : ” Ensuring fairness in distributing on provinces of the financial budget and avoiding committing the same precedent mistakes depends on conducting census in provinces and approval of oil and gas law .

He said in a statement to NINA : “The process of preparing the financial budget and formulation must be preceded by a faire census of all the provinces of Iraq, including Kurdistan, so in this way everyone will get on the ratio set by the Constitution and especially the share of oil revenues . “/ End
