الائتلاف الوطني يؤكد رفض دولة القانون ترشيح بدلاء عن المالكي National Coalition confirms the refusal of the state law, the nomination of replacements for al-Maliki

في وقت لم تصل فيه القوى السياسية الرئيسة الى اتفاق بشأن المناصب الرئاسية قبل 24 ساعة من انتهاء المُهلة الدستورية، كشفت مصادر خاصة عن وجود دعوة لعقد اجتماع للكتل النيابية في مبنى مجلس النواب اليوم، لتدارس مسألة رفع جلسة البرلمان المفتوحة الى اشعار اخر. وفي حين رفض الائتلاف الوطني تأجيل عقد الجلسة المفتوحة، داعيا النواب الى الحضور، اكد قيادي في المجلس الاعلى الاسلامي ان دولة القانون رفض طلب الوطني بترشيح بدلاء عن المالكي. While the National Coalition refused to postpone the open meeting, calling on MPs to attend, said a leading role in the Supreme Council of Islamic law that the state refused the national nominating replacements for al-Maliki.
فقد اعلنت مصادر خاصة لـ”الصباح” عن دعوة وجهت الى قادة وممثلي الكتل النيابية للاجتماع في احدى قاعات مجلس النواب في قصر المؤتمرات ببغداد اليوم، لبحث مسألة عقد الجلسة. Private sources, has announced the “morning” for an invitation to the leaders and representatives of parliamentary blocs to a meeting in a chamber of the House of Representatives at the Conference Palace in Baghdad today to discuss the question of convening a meeting.
واكدت المصادر ان الاجتماع سيبحث فكرة تأجيل استئناف الجلسة الى اشعار اخر، لعدم توصل القوى السياسية الى توافق بشأن تسمية رئاستي البرلمان والجمهورية ومن ثم تكليف مرشح الكتلة النيابية الاكثر عددا لتشكيل الحكومة الجديدة. The sources confirmed that the meeting would discuss the idea to postpone resumption of the meeting to further notice, the failure of the political forces to agree on the nomination of my presidency and the parliament of the Republic and then mandate the candidate of the parliamentary majority to form a new government.
يشار الى ان الرئيس المؤقت لمجلس النواب الدكتور فؤاد معصوم اعلن امس الاول ان التاريخ الرسمي للجلسة البرلمانية المقبلة هو 13 تموز الجاري(يوم غد)، فيما اكد الخبير القانوني طارق حرب عدم جواز جعل جلسة الغد مفتوحة الى اجل غير مسمى لمخالفة هذا الأمر للدستور. في غضون ذلك، اكد القيادي في المجلس الاعلى الاسلامي عضو الائتلاف الوطني باقر جبر الزبيدي ان التحالف الوطني(دولة القانون والوطني) اتفقا على اغلب القضايا العالقة، عدا مسألة مرشح رئاسة الوزراء. In the meantime, said leader of the Islamic Supreme Council member of the National Coalition Bayan Jabr said the National Alliance (the rule of law and national) have agreed on most outstanding issues, except the issue of prime ministerial candidate.
واضاف الزبيدي في تصريح خاص لـ”الصباح” ان “ائتلافه ابلغ دولة القانون رسميا برفض ترشيح رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي وضرورة تقديم بدلاء عنه، مؤكدا ان دولة القانون رفض ذلك واصر على ترشيح المالكي، مشيرا في الوقت نفسه الى “انه في حال استمر دولة القانون على موقفه ولم يطرح اسماء جديدة لتولي منصب رئاسة الوزراء سنذهب الى البرلمان ليقول قوله في هذه المسألة”. وليس بعيدا عن ذلك، كشف عضو الائتلاف الوطني حميد معلة عن النية لعقد اجتماع مهم لقوى الائتلاف الوطني قريبا للبحث في اخر تطورات الوضع السياسي وبحث سبل الخروج من أزمة تشكيل الحكومة. معلة قال في تصريح لـ”الصباح”: ان قوى الائتلاف “ستدرس دعوة الكتل النيابية الى حضور جلسة البرلمان مع ضرورة عدم السماح بحدوث خرق دستوري بشأن المهلة التي حددها الدستور للتوصل الى تسمية الرئاسات الثلاث”. Maaleh said in a statement the “morning”: that the coalition forces would “study the invitation of the parliamentary blocs to attend a hearing with the parliament should not be allowed to happen on the breach of a constitutional deadline for a constitution to nominate three presidencies.”
