He and I agreed back then that once the newly elected GOI was SEATED then they could activate the 2010 budget and launch the NDP both with the new RI rate. It only made sense especially when they told us in January that they wanted to remove the 000’s in 2010. When you remove a denomination that is in the 000’s range logic says it would be replaced with a more versatile lower denomination ……..lower denoms. In the Alpha of July 2010 the NDP will be launched this coming Sunday on the 4th of July so says the MOP. It was the same MOP that last summer formulated with the rest of the Ministers the 3.2108 rate for the 2010 budget. We see many indications that the GOI is about to get down to business. Yes we are still ignorant of political positions but that’s for a very deep reason. That type of intel would expose ……..”Targets”. Yet we are inches away from being told that which was none of our business for quite some time now. If the GOI is about to empower the NDP for the next 5 years logic says that it would have to be calculated with the new RI rate. To project the next 5 year’s spending on 1170 would not allow the mechanism of the NDP to reach any of its goals. When we went to the moon ……..all three stages were fully loaded with fuel ………not water. A 3+ rate MUST exist to accomplish the NDP………used toilet paper is not internationally recognizable.
